About the role
Our client is looking for a Partner Program Manager to drive Adobe’s go‑to‑market strategy across East and West Africa. The role will be the single point of governance for partner performance, enabling SMB growth throughout Sub‑Saharan Africa.
Key responsibilities
- Grow Adobe SMB business through effective partner engagement.
- Recruit, onboard, and activate new partners across East and West Africa.
- Deliver continuous partner enablement covering sales, product, and certifications.
- Drive pipeline creation, renewals, and marketplace adoption.
- Govern partner performance, compliance, and Adobe program requirements.
- Manage MDF planning, execution, and ROI tracking.
- Collaborate with Adobe and internal teams on strategy and reporting.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in channel management, distribution, or SaaS partner programs.
- Strong understanding of indirect channel ecosystems in African markets.
- Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with SaaS/subscription business models, preferably Adobe or Microsoft.
