About the role

We are seeking a Payroll Associate to join our fast‑paced team in Nairobi. The role combines payroll processing with strong customer service, requiring attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple client accounts.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate multiple client payroll processes.
  • Ensure payroll transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant with regulations.
  • Administer payroll‑related taxes and process wage garnishments, child support orders, and tax levies.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual reports within established deadlines.
  • Generate ad‑hoc reports for clients.
  • Provide support across timekeeping, payroll processing, and reporting environments.
  • Resolve payroll‑related inquiries and system issues.
  • Handle client calls and inquiries, delivering exceptional service through follow‑up and proactive communication.

Required profile

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • More than 1 year of customer service experience.
  • English proficiency at C1 level.
  • Excellent verbal communication and phone handling skills.
