Perfume Sales Ladies

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring full-time perfume sales ladies in Nairobi. The role centres on engaging customers, recommending fragrances and achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets, with a stated pay of KShs 25,000 plus commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and convert enquiries by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable fragrances and following up to build loyalty.
• Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling, and handle customer questions, objections and complaints professionally.
• Build strong knowledge of the perfume portfolio, including fragrance types, notes, concentrations and key features, and stay updated on new products, promotions and trends.
• Process sales accurately through the POS/ERP system, handle payments, issue receipts and report discrepancies, returns and exchanges.
• Keep perfumes, testers and displays neat, labelled and priced, assist with stock counts and report low stock or damage.
• Promote offers, new arrivals and campaigns, keep displays aligned with company standards and give feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
• Work with colleagues and the Store Manager to support store and sales objectives.

Required profile

• Certificate or diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing, Retail Management or a related field.
• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in perfumes, beauty and cosmetics, fashion, retail or luxury goods.
• Good understanding of basic sales processes and customer service.

Required skills

• POS or ERP systems: an added advantage.
• Customer-facing sales experience.
