Personal Driver - Executive Support

About the role

The Partnership Agency is looking for a polished, reliable and highly professional Executive Personal Driver to provide dedicated chauffeur services to senior executives in Nairobi. The ideal candidate has proven experience with high-end SUVs and luxury vehicles, strong road safety awareness, good organisational skills and the confidence to interact respectfully with C-suite executives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe and efficient transportation for executives to and from meetings, appointments, events and other engagements.
• Maintain discretion, confidentiality and respect with executive passengers.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, well maintained, fueled and serviced regularly.
• Plan routes, anticipate traffic delays and ensure timely arrival.
• Keep records of vehicle mileage, servicing and fuel consumption.
• Assist with loading and unloading items or luggage when required.
• Communicate professionally with executives and adapt to their schedules and preferences.
• Comply with traffic laws, road safety regulations and organisational policies.
• Remain on call during working hours and work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends if needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver's licence (Class BCE/PSV preferred).
• Valid certificate of good conduct.
• At least 5 years' proven experience as a personal driver, chauffeur or professional driver for senior executives, diplomatic missions or high-profile individuals.
• Demonstrated ability to handle luxury SUVs and executive vehicles confidently.
• Strong knowledge of Nairobi and regional road networks, traffic patterns and alternate routes.
• Excellent communication skills and a well-groomed, presentable appearance.
• Ability to keep confidential information discreet; advanced or defensive driving certification is a strong advantage.
