About the role

Pesapap Digital Limited, a fintech and enterprise technology solutions provider, is hiring a full-time Sales & Training Officer in Nairobi. Reporting to the General Manager, the role supports sales growth, client acquisition and product adoption, combining sales execution with product training so clients understand and use the digital solutions. Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities for enterprise software solutions and build relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, and support marketing initiatives that promote product awareness.
• Deliver structured training sessions and develop training materials such as user manuals, guides and documentation.
• Support client onboarding and ensure clients understand system features and operational processes.
• Maintain client relationships, provide ongoing guidance on system usage and enhancements, and gather client feedback.
• Track and report on sales activities, customer engagements and training outcomes, and record training sessions and adoption metrics.
• Provide market trend and customer need insights to management, assist in negotiating and closing deals, and maintain an updated sales pipeline.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Information Systems or a related field.
• At least 2 years' experience in sales, client engagement, training or business development roles.
• Experience selling technology products, enterprise software or SaaS solutions, and conducting client training and product demos, is an added advantage.
• Fintech, banking technology or enterprise digital solutions experience is desirable.
• Professional certifications (desirable): sales and marketing, digital marketing, CRM, training facilitation or instructional design, and fintech or digital banking training.
