Pharmaceutical Telesales Representative (3 Positions)

About the role

SHAJ Pharma Limited is hiring three full-time Telesale Representatives for its pharmaceutical wholesale and distribution business in Nairobi. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of telesales experience specifically within a pharmaceutical wholesaler or distributor and can generate a minimum of KES 200,000 in sales per day.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical telesales experience; preferably recently exited such a role so market knowledge and customer relationships stay current.
• Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed targets, with a track record of customer acquisition, repeat business, retention and portfolio growth.
• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical wholesale market and established relationships with pharmacies, chemists and other customers.
• Able to build a strong customer portfolio quickly and generate meaningful sales with minimal ramp-up time.

Recruiters will screen applications by prioritising quality over quantity, asking for evidence of consistent daily sales of KES 200,000+, the type and size of portfolio managed, the reason for leaving the last role and the highest sales performance achieved.
