Physician – Full‑Time Staff Position

About the role

The Staff Physician joins a primary‑care team to provide comprehensive medical care, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and quality outcomes within a Patient‑Centered Medical Home model.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver primary medical care to all patients, including history taking, physical examination, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Order, perform, and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging as needed.
• Prescribe pharmacologic and non‑pharmacologic therapies in accordance with organizational policies.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists while maintaining continuity of care.
• Participate in daily team huddles, medical staff meetings, and quality‑improvement programs.
• Educate and counsel patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.

Required profile

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
• Active medical license and eligibility to practice independently.
• Experience in primary care or similar outpatient setting preferred.
• Commitment to a full‑time schedule (Monday‑Thursday 8 am‑5:30 pm, Friday 8 am‑12 pm) with flexibility for additional hours.
