Post-School Success and Partnerships Manager

About the role

The Post-School Success and Partnerships Manager will drive Pharo Foundation’s agenda to ensure students transition smoothly from secondary school to higher education, vocational training, entrepreneurship, and employment. Working across Ethiopia, Somaliland, Kenya, and Rwanda, you will lead strategic initiatives that expand university placements, scholarships, and financial aid while removing barriers to post‑secondary success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the post‑school success strategy across all Pharo Schools.
• Increase university placements and expand scholarship and financial‑aid programmes.
• Secure third‑party funding and build partnerships with universities, donors, employers, and funding institutions.
• Collaborate with Scholarship Coordinators, school leadership teams, and external partners to remove financial and systemic barriers.
• Provide ongoing support for student retention, graduation, and transition to employment or entrepreneurship.

Required profile

• Proven experience in partnership development and fundraising within the education sector.
• Demonstrated ability to work with universities, donors, and employers.
• Strong project‑management skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
