Product Data Administrator (Night Shift)

About the role

tma is seeking a highly organised Product Data Administrator to manage product information across multiple ecommerce platforms during night‑shift hours aligned with Australian business time. The role is fully office‑based and supports the launch and maintenance of product listings for international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Upload and maintain product data, descriptions, specifications and attributes on ecommerce sites.
• Manage product imagery, naming conventions and digital assets.
• Perform bulk uploads and regular data updates.
• Maintain product trackers, monitor status and ensure consistency across channels.
• Identify and flag missing information or discrepancies.
• Support seasonal product rollouts and tagging activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure products are launch‑ready.

Required profile

• Experience in administration, data entry, ecommerce support, catalogue management or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently on repetitive, process‑driven tasks.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
