Product Manager - Security (Telco)

About the role

Lead the product development lifecycle for security solutions in the telecom sector, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive product vision and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Review priorities and goals, align teams, and keep business execution on track.
• Conduct market research, analyse industry trends, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities.
• Communicate product vision, status updates, and key decisions to ensure alignment.
• Conduct usability testing, analyse user feedback, and iterate to improve user experience.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support to develop go‑to‑market strategies, documentation, and training.
• Support the sales team in winning new opportunities and participate in customer meetings.
• Oversee product line work, ensuring consistency in strategy and execution across teams.
• Facilitate collaboration and resolve conflicts across departments.

Required profile

• Exceptional academic results at high school and university.
• Strong work ethic, curiosity, continuous learning habit, and sense of ownership.
• Outstanding communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to four times a year.

Required skills

• Understanding of Linux and the wider open source software community.
• Knowledge of computer architecture, application development, datacenters, cloud or devices.
