Region Service Engineer

About the role

The Region Service Engineer is responsible for the overall network infrastructure service business in the assigned country, ensuring high‑quality technical support for end users, channel partners and the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver post‑sale services to key stakeholders and coordinate service provision based on business demand and customer satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain service processes (service support, RMA, etc.) across covered countries and ensure they remain competitive.
• Provide back‑line technical assistance to system integrators, distributors and Tier‑2 channel partners.
• Develop partner and distributor skills through regular post‑sales technical training and workshops.
• Collaborate closely with Tier‑2 (TAC) support, R&D teams and conduct new product feature and POC tests for global release.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of technical experience in sales support or enterprise network product maintenance.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong responsibility, resource integration ability and interpersonal skills to communicate at all levels.
• Willingness to travel frequently on short business trips.

Required skills

• Technical expertise in Switching, Routing, Wireless LAN and Network Orchestration/Integration.
• Experience with campus networks.
• Knowledge of Cisco, HPE, Aruba, Ruckus, Huawei and Juniper network technologies.
• Professional certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, HCNP/HCNE, JNCIS/JNCIP, HPE ASE, Aruba ACMP are preferred.
