Product Marketing Executive

About the role

The Product Marketing Executive will join Healthspan’s product marketing team, reporting to the Head of Product Marketing. You will help shape product strategy and manage the range across all Healthspan brands, turning customer insights into successful products that span health, sport, beauty and pet care.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse product and category performance using available data and produce regular reports.
• Identify under‑performing items and recommend actions to boost sales and profitability.
• Optimise the product portfolio, ensuring relevance, appeal and commercial viability.
• Participate in range and category reviews, supporting rationalisation and the development of Good/Better/Best propositions.
• Work with cross‑functional teams from formula development through packaging design to marketing communications.
• Support up‑selling and cross‑selling initiatives across multiple channels.
