Property Manager

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time Property Manager in Westlands. The manager acts as the main point of contact for landlords and property owners, coordinating requests, concerns, approvals, renewals and other matters so they are followed through effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and long-term clients, handling their requests and concerns and following up promptly.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Repairs & Maintenance, Reservations and Finance to assign requests to the right team and track them to completion.
• Handle repairs and maintenance: obtain landlord approval, update clients on significant work and follow repairs through to completion.
• Manage property onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, inventories, snagging, utilities and handover.
• Support client retention by managing stay extensions, renewals and move-out communication.

Required profile

• Certificate or diploma in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Service, or a diploma/degree in Customer Service, Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years' experience in customer service, client relations, account management or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience handling client relationships, complaints, escalations and service resolution.
• Experience in hospitality, serviced apartments, real estate or property management is an added advantage.
