Property Manager - Serviced Apartments / Hospitality

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time Property Manager for serviced apartments and hospitality in Westlands. The role manages and maintains strong relationships with landlords and property owners, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring requests, concerns, approvals, renewals and other matters are coordinated and followed through.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for landlords and long-term clients, managing their requests and concerns and following up promptly
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Repairs & Maintenance, Reservations and Finance to assign requests to the right team and track them to completion
• Handle stay extensions, renewals and move-out communication to support client retention
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with landlords and clients, obtain approvals where needed and keep records
• Coordinate property onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, inventories, snagging, utilities and handover

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Customer Service, Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications or a related field
• At least 2-3 years' experience in customer service, client relations, account management or a similar client-facing role
• Experience handling client relationships, complaints, escalations and service resolution
• Experience in hospitality, serviced apartments, real estate or property management is an added advantage
