Property Sales & Marketing Executive (10 Positions)

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring Property Sales & Marketing Executives in Nairobi for 10 positions. This is a full-time role in the real estate industry, paid KShs 15,000 plus commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Market and promote residential and commercial property listings through sales and marketing channels.
• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking and digital marketing.
• Build relationships with prospective and existing clients and conduct property presentations, site visits and viewings.
• Negotiate prices, terms and agreements, and prepare quotations, proposals and sales documentation.
• Maintain a client and lead database in the company's CRM system and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Take part in property exhibitions, roadshows, open days and promotional events, and prepare sales reports and pipeline updates.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least two years' experience in real estate marketing, property sales or a similar sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing property transactions; experience with high-value properties is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong sales, negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and customer service abilities.
• Self-driven, target-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
