Property Sales Representative

About the role

Career Directions Limited (CDL) is hiring a full-time Property Sales Representative in the Nairobi area. The role covers property marketing, lead generation, client management, viewings and sales and negotiation.

Key responsibilities

• Collect property details, photos and videos, and prepare adverts, brochures, flyers and social-media content
• List properties on the company website and property portals, keeping them accurate and regularly updated
• Identify potential buyers, tenants, landlords and investors through calls, messages and email/WhatsApp marketing, and build relationships with corporates, embassies, NGOs, developers and individual clients
• Generate new property listings from property owners
• Respond promptly to enquiries, understand clients' needs and budgets, maintain a client database and follow up until a transaction is completed
• Arrange and conduct viewings, qualify prospects, present properties professionally and obtain feedback
• Move serious prospects through the sales pipeline, facilitate negotiations, prepare and follow up on offers and EOIs, and coordinate with lawyers and other professionals until completion

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in sales
• Good communication skills
• Males are encouraged to apply
