QA/QC Junior Associate - Animal Feeds Manufacturing

About the role

The QA/QC Junior Associate will support daily quality assurance and control activities within our animal feeds manufacturing plant. You will work across raw material intake, feed production, solvent extraction, and finished goods dispatch to ensure product quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform raw material inspections and in‑process quality checks.
• Monitor production processes and conduct laboratory testing of feed samples.
• Document quality results and maintain compliance records.
• Assist in troubleshooting quality issues and support corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Animal Nutrition, Food Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in animal feeds manufacturing or a similar sector.
• Basic understanding of quality control procedures and process monitoring.
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and food/feed safety standards is an advantage.
• Willingness to work shift schedules, including night shifts.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
