Real Estate Finance Attorney

About the role

Bricker Graydon Wyatt LLP is seeking experienced attorneys to join its Real Estate Finance practice in Cincinnati, Ohio or Louisville, Kentucky. The attorney will work on complex real‑estate finance transactions for public and private companies, representing both borrowers and large financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead (first‑chair) and manage complex real‑estate finance deals from inception to closing.
• Represent borrowers and lenders, including large financial institutions, on multifaceted financing structures.
• Collaborate with multiple attorneys across the firm on a variety of assignments.
• Provide project‑management oversight to ensure timely delivery of all transaction components.
• Assist with Low‑Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) transactions where applicable.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in real‑estate finance law.
• Strong academic credentials and high ethical standards.
• Excellent writing, analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Portable business development experience is preferred.
