Recruitment Subject Matter Expert (AI Evaluation)

About the role

Turing is looking for experienced recruiters and HR professionals to serve as Subject Matter Experts for AI‑driven hiring workflows. You will design realistic recruiting scenarios, evaluate AI‑generated sourcing and screening outputs, and help improve the reliability of our talent acquisition systems.

Key responsibilities

• Create realistic hiring and recruiting workflow scenarios for AI evaluation.
• Assess AI‑generated sourcing, screening, and recruiting outputs for accuracy and bias.
• Build synthetic candidate profiles, job requisitions, and scorecards to train and test models.
• Identify edge cases such as duplicate applications, offer approval failures, and ATS/HRIS synchronization issues.

Required profile

• 4–10 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, HRBP, TA Operations, or HR Operations.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and/or Workday.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Deep knowledge of recruiting workflows and hiring operations.
