Regional Manager East Africa & Nigeria

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time Regional Manager for East Africa and Nigeria, based in Nairobi with frequent travel. The role covers commercial leadership, territory growth, branch coordination, financial control and team building across Kenya and Nigeria.

Key responsibilities

• Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts with enterprise and strategic B2B customers, and supervise regional sales teams to meet revenue targets
• Build long-term relationships with key market players and institutional clients, and identify and enter new territories in East and West Africa
• Analyse local market trends, regulatory changes and competitor activity, and adapt the business model to each country
• Coordinate logistics, warehousing, customer service and technical support, and act as the main link between the East African hub and the Nigerian office
• Oversee regional budgets and operational costs, supervise accounting, financial reporting, tax alignment and compliance with local laws in Kenya and Nigeria
• Mentor branch managers and team leads, build a results-oriented culture with clear KPIs, and work with HR on recruitment and retention

Required profile

• Proven experience in both the Kenyan and Nigerian markets
• Track record of managing, coaching and leading cross-functional, culturally diverse teams
• Understanding of complex business models and ability to fit into the company's operational model
• Foundational knowledge of accounting, budgeting and administrative management
