Regional Sales Manager

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will drive growth across the assigned territory by identifying market opportunities, acquiring new customers, and nurturing existing accounts from pre‑sales through after‑sales support. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to meet revenue, profitability, and cash‑flow targets.

Key responsibilities

• Capture market opportunities and expand the customer base in the designated region.
• Acquire new customers and manage existing accounts throughout the sales cycle.
• Increase revenues, profitability and cash flow in line with established KPIs.
• Develop and implement action plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Support marketing activities and market communications.
• Maintain deep understanding of the PV market and industry trends.
• Travel frequently to visit existing and potential customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in logistics management or international trade; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in large‑ or medium‑sized international trade, preferably within PV inverters, solar modules, or solar cells.
• Strong knowledge of the local PV market and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Result‑driven, autonomous, and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Analytical, technical, and intercultural competence.
• Enthusiastic, dynamic, self‑motivated and a strong team player.
