Regional Sales Manager – Risk Analytics (Kenya/East Africa)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Regional Sales Manager to lead the commercial expansion of our risk‑infra solutions across Kenya and East Africa. You will own revenue targets, build relationships with financial institutions, and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and prospect new business across banks, fintechs, MFIs, merchants, SACCOs and digital lenders.
• Own and achieve regional revenue targets for ki risk, ki score and ki monitor solutions.
• Manage end‑to‑end sales cycles: discovery, solutioning, proposal, negotiation and contract signing.
• Prepare pricing proposals, commercial contracts and respond to RFP/RFQ processes.
• Collaborate with data‑science and product teams to customise demos, POCs and pilots.
• Develop account plans, conduct market research and support GTM strategies for new product launches.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast pipelines and provide regular sales reporting to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology or a related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in enterprise sales of analytics, AI/ML, credit‑risk or financial‑infrastructure solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving regional revenue targets in financial services.
• Strong understanding of credit‑risk frameworks, lending lifecycles and AI‑driven underwriting.
• Experience working with financial institutions across multiple markets and navigating cross‑border regulatory environments.
