About the role

Woodlands Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join its nursing team. The role involves delivering patient‑centered care, monitoring clinical progress, administering medications, and supporting physicians while upholding hospital policies and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Monitor vital signs and document observations accurately.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures.
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and follow‑up care.
Maintain precise and up‑to‑date patient records.
Follow infection prevention and control protocols.
Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid when needed.

Required profile

Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
Valid nursing license issued by the relevant regulatory board.
Minimum two years of experience in a hospital setting.
BLS/ACLS certification is an advantage.
