Registered Nurse – Patient Engagement & Sales

About the role

The Nairobi Bariatric Center is seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse to lead patient engagement and drive sales of its weight‑loss and bariatric services. Based on‑site in Nairobi, the role blends clinical nursing with commercial responsibilities, guiding prospective patients from first enquiry through treatment and follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to patient enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and in person, assess needs and explain available treatment options.
• Convert leads into booked consultations and procedures, meeting defined conversion and revenue targets.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑procedure education, conduct patient assessments and monitor clinical progress.
• Coordinate care with the medical team, escalating clinical concerns when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system and update the CRM/patient‑management platform.
• Track leads, conversions and follow‑up activities to ensure a smooth patient journey.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a valid Nursing Council of Kenya practising licence.
• Minimum 2 years post‑registration nursing experience.
• At least 1 year experience in a patient‑facing, sales‑oriented role (lead conversion, customer service or business development).
• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence engaging prospects.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple patients and follow‑ups simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Experience using CRM or patient‑management digital tools.
