Registered Nurse – Qatar Placement Program

About the role

We are seeking qualified Registered Nurses (BScN/KRN/KRCHN) licensed by the Nursing Council of Kenya to join leading healthcare facilities in Qatar. This position offers an international career in a modern, fast‑paced, multicultural environment with competitive remuneration.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care in line with hospital standards and patient safety protocols.
• Assess, monitor, and report patient conditions to physicians and healthcare teams.
• Administer medications and treatments safely, observing for reactions.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records.
• Provide patient‑centered support including hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and emotional care.
• Assist physicians during procedures and respond to emergencies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Operate and maintain medical equipment, reporting any issues.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post‑care instructions.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Nursing (KRN/KRCHN/BScN) from a recognized institution.
• Valid practicing license from the Nursing Council of Kenya.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience in a hospital setting.
• Successful completion of the Qatar Prometric Examination and DataFlow verification.
• Valid passport and good command of spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Medication administration
• Medical equipment operation
• Experience in ICU, ER/A&E, Theatre/OR, Pediatrics, Medical‑Surgical, HDU or Critical Care (preferred)
