Regulatory Compliance Specialist - Legal (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to provide legal support on a contract basis. Working remotely, you will help ensure that our client’s operations comply with applicable regulations and that contractual obligations are properly managed.

Key responsibilities

• Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct legal research on statutes, case law, and regulatory frameworks to inform recommendations.
• Prepare legal memoranda, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Organize and maintain legal documentation, ensuring accessibility for audits and reviews.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address legal concerns and mitigate business risks.

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of contract law, legal compliance, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
