Remote Bookkeeper for Global SaaS Company

About the role

This remote Bookkeeper position supports a fast‑growing global SaaS organization. You will work across the full accounting spectrum for more than 100 subsidiaries, contributing to the financial health of one of the largest private software companies.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and collections for multiple subsidiaries.
• Prepare, post, and analyze journal entries and perform regular reconciliations.
• Execute finance allocations across departments and subsidiaries.
• Support statutory and management reporting cycles.
• Collaborate with global finance teams to deliver insights and value.

Required profile

• CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of professional finance experience.
• Hands‑on experience in AP/PTP, AR/OTC, Accounting/RTR, and statutory/management reporting.
• Availability to work 12‑hour shifts 3–4 times per week.

Required skills

• Proficiency with NetSuite accounting software.
• Experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Bing, Claude, or Bard in a professional setting.
