Remote Telesales Representative (UK Gyms, Restaurants, Cafés, Salons)

About the role

A remote telesales position based in Nairobi, Kenya, offering calls to owners and managers of UK gyms, restaurants, cafés and salons. The goal is to introduce AutopilotBusiness's service, understand their needs and move interested owners to a booked call and a paid sign-up.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to UK gym, restaurant, café and salon owners and managers
• Introduce the service professionally, find out what they need and explain how it can help
• Handle objections confidently and move interested owners to a booked call and a paid sign-up; on-the-fence owners may be offered a 30-day free trial
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email from the shared company inbox
• Keep accurate records of calls, leads and outcomes in the company CRM
• Follow UK calling rules, including screening numbers against the UK Corporate Telephone Preference Service (CTPS)
• Use the provided scripts, training and calling system and give feedback on what works
• Handle prospect and client information confidentially and securely

Required profile

• Fluent, confident spoken English and clear written English
• Experience in telesales, outbound sales, a call centre or BPO, or B2B sales is strongly preferred
• Available to work UK business hours consistently (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 8 working hours plus a 1-hour unpaid break); hours change from 2nd November 2026 and 29th March 2027
• Own laptop, good-quality headset with microphone, reliable high-speed internet and power supply (UPS is an advantage)
• Quiet home workspace, self-driven and able to work remotely without close supervision
• Resilient and target-driven, with the right to work in Kenya
