Revenue Assistant - Short-Term Rental

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time Revenue Assistant in Westlands within property management and hospitality. The role covers pricing and revenue management, listing optimisation and performance monitoring across short-term rental platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Pricing and revenue management: set daily, weekly and monthly prices based on demand, seasonality, market trends and competitor benchmarking, implement dynamic pricing across all units, adjust minimum stays, restrictions and promotions, and manage occupancy goals and revenue targets across booking platforms.
• Listing optimisation: improve listing ranking by optimising titles, descriptions and photos, amenities and policies, review responses, and keep availability calendars synced across Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO and other platforms.
• Performance monitoring and market analysis: track impressions, CTR, conversion rate, booking trends, RevPAR and occupancy, identify underperforming listings, monitor competitor rates in real time, analyse local occupancy trends, events, holidays and seasons, and run monthly benchmarking reports.
• Cross-team collaboration: work with the reservations team to adjust prices according to demand patterns and recommend portfolio improvements and revenue opportunities to management.

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience in revenue management, reservations or short-term rental operations.
• Background in data analysis or operations preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, able to work independently and manage several tasks with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of Airbnb, Booking.com and OTA performance metrics.
• Experience with dynamic pricing tools such as PriceLabs or Beyond Pricing.
