About the role
The Sales and Content Associate is a full‑time, on‑site position at FuKazee’s Westlands office in Nairobi. You will be the primary point of contact for parents, students and organisations who have already engaged with FuKazee’s videos and are ready to learn more about tuition programmes and the upcoming Teachers Network.
Key responsibilities
- Answer calls, WhatsApp messages and direct messages from parents, students and organisations.
- Assist prospects in enrolling in tuition programmes and the Teachers Network, providing honest information without pressure.
- Trim, caption and post short videos on the same day they are filmed.
- Maintain a simple record of every enquiry.
Required profile
- Entry‑level candidates with some experience considered a plus.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via phone, WhatsApp and social media.
