Sales & Delivery Rider

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time Sales & Delivery Rider based in Upperhill, Nairobi. The rider makes deliveries, engages customers and supports sales while riding a motorcycle.

Key responsibilities

• Make timely and accurate deliveries, handling products safely and securely, and plan efficient routes following traffic laws and company safety procedures.
• Maintain delivery records and report delays, failed deliveries or route problems.
• Engage customers professionally, explain products and promotions, and build relationships that encourage repeat business.
• Collect payments where required, confirm orders and delivery details, and report payment discrepancies, damaged goods or incorrect orders to the supervisor.
• Keep the motorcycle in good condition, ensure riding documents are valid and comply with road safety regulations.

Required profile

• Valid motorcycle riding licence.
• At least 1 year of experience in delivery, sales, retail or a related customer-facing role is preferred; experience combining delivery and customer engagement is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Nairobi routes and ability to navigate efficiently.

Required skills

• Good communication, customer service and basic selling skills.
• Time management, organization and ability to work independently.
• Ability to handle cash and keep basic delivery records.
