Sales Executive

About the role

Knowledge Resource Centre (EA) Ltd, a consultancy and training firm, is recruiting a Sales Executive to strengthen its customer service team. The position is a contract role based in Nairobi.

Key responsibilities

• Present products and services professionally and in a structured way face to face.
• Promote products and services to customers and negotiate sales and contracts to maximise profits.
• Build lasting relationships, answer queries, give advice, sell existing products and introduce new ones to meet changing customer needs.
• Research the market to gather intelligence on related products and services for the firm's competitive positioning and to track current and future consumer trends.

Required profile

• Minimum of a diploma in a business-related field, preferably sales and marketing.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability and desire to sell, excellent communication skills, resilience to rejection and a positive, confident approach.
• High self-motivation, ability to work independently and in a team, and good numeracy.
