Sales Interns – B2B Business Development

About the role

Career Directions Limited (CDL) is looking for two confident, enthusiastic and driven Sales Interns in Nairobi. The internship offers practical experience in B2B sales, client engagement and business development, involving prospecting, setting up meetings and helping turn opportunities into business.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sourcing and development of new B2B leads and opportunities.
• Reach out to prospective clients and help set up meetings.
• Take part in activations and Market Storms to generate leads and engage potential customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads and opportunities and support the sales process.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final-year student from an accredited university in Kenya.
• Confident and professional with good communication skills, comfortable talking to new people.
• Energetic, proactive and willing to get out into the market.
• Genuine interest in sales, business development and working with corporates.
• Self-driven, persistent and eager to learn.
