About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Lead to drive growth in the Utawala area. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, generating leads and coordinating the local sales team to consistently meet targets.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales and customer acquisition activities.
- Identify and pursue prospective customers within Utawala.
- Generate and follow up sales leads.
- Support sales representatives in converting prospects into customers.
- Monitor sales performance and pipeline progress.
- Coach team members and provide sales guidance.
- Prepare sales reports and support achievement of targets.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- Experience in team coordination or sales leadership is an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer engagement abilities.
- Self‑motivated and target‑driven.
- Knowledge of Utawala and surrounding areas is a plus.
