Sales Manager – International LED Lighting

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our international LED lighting sales efforts. The role focuses on expanding market presence across borders, building relationships with key distributors, and driving revenue growth in fast‑moving markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target regions.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with distributors, OEMs, and end‑users.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Maintain and grow an existing network of contacts in the LED lighting sector.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Travel internationally as required to meet clients and attend trade shows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the LED lighting industry, preferably with international exposure.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively across cultures and adapt communication styles.
• Valid work permit/visa for the hiring country and a clean professional background.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using virtual meeting tools.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms or digital sales channels.
