About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead regional sales operations, drive revenue growth and expand our distribution network for kitchen utensils, agricultural tools, tires and wooden boards. The role involves managing existing client relationships, acquiring new customers and supporting product development initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee regional sales activities to meet revenue and profit targets in line with company standards.
- Increase purchase volumes from existing clients to an average of $800 per month while identifying and acquiring new customers.
- Develop and strengthen distribution channels for kitchen utensils, agricultural tools, tires and wooden boards, expanding channel reach and establishing primary channels.
- Lead product development by proposing new ideas, conducting research and preparing feasibility reports.
- Manage and mentor local sales and customer service teams, ensuring performance targets are achieved and supporting onboarding and training of new members.
- Gather and analyse market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
Required profile
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, including managing a team of at least five members.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and data analysis.
- Excellent command of the English language.
