Sales Manager – Partner & Account Development

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the development and management of partner and system integrator relationships while ensuring high client satisfaction across transportation and security sectors. This role combines strategic account growth, performance monitoring, and operational oversight to drive revenue and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with partners and system integrators.
• Maintain and enhance customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare and analyse performance tools and reports, using data analysis to improve project and account performance.
• Review contracts and billing for accuracy, submit invoices promptly, and resolve any billing issues.
• Oversee inventory, sales tracking, and related management activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with strong client networks in transportation (ports, airports) or security industries.
• Familiarity with project operations, bidding processes, and procedures.
• Experience or knowledge of two‑way radio solutions, critical communication, command centers, and CCTV systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and the local language.
• Team‑player attitude, self‑motivated work style, and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Professional demeanor and good moral character.
