Sales Marketing Assistant (Remote)

About the role

MoranikHub Ventures is a Kenyan technology and business solutions company that builds software, digital platforms and technology-driven services for businesses. It develops and operates MoranikHub ERP, an integrated business management platform covering sales, inventory, purchasing, finance, POS, customers, suppliers, payroll and reporting. The company is hiring a full-time Sales Marketing Assistant to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and promote business software and digital services
• Identify customer needs, explain product benefits and support product demonstrations
• Manage inquiries, records and multiple assignments with good organization and follow-through
• Review customer feedback and summarize useful market information
• Coordinate basic digital marketing and content, including social media promotion

Required profile

• Clear written and verbal communication, with a professional and customer-focused approach
• Interest in sales and marketing, lead generation and promoting business software
• Self-motivated and dependable when working remotely and collaborating with a team
• Willingness to learn MoranikHub ERP and its business operations features

Required skills

• Comfort using spreadsheets, email, presentation tools and customer or lead tracking systems
• Basic digital marketing and content coordination skills
