Sales & Marketing Executive (Remote, Commission‑Based)

About the role

Kasitech Solutions Limited is seeking motivated Sales & Marketing Executives to promote a broad portfolio of IT products and professional services. This remote, commission‑based position offers flexible working arrangements and focuses on generating new business opportunities across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients through research and outreach.
• Generate qualified leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
• Market and present Kasitech’s solutions, including website development, e‑commerce, managed IT support, cybersecurity, networking, cloud services, and more.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on prospects, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.

Required profile

• Self‑driven and proactive with the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Enthusiastic about learning new technology solutions.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus but not mandatory.
