Sales & Marketing Intern (Real Estate) - Kamakisi

About the role

Brites Management Services is looking for two full-time Sales & Marketing interns in real estate, based in Kamakisi. The intern supports the sales team in generating leads, marketing plots, following up with customers, arranging site visits and helping achieve sales targets, while gaining practical experience in real estate sales.

Key responsibilities

• Generate prospective customers through referrals, social media, activations, exhibitors and cold calling, collect and update customer data in the CRM/database, and qualify leads and schedule appointments.
• Follow up with prospective buyers by phone, WhatsApp, SMS and social media, and give accurate information on plot locations, prices, payment plans and project features.
• Help organise plot viewing visits, confirm prospect attendance, and support customers during site visits and registration.
• Assist in preparing quotations, reservation forms and sales documents, help close transactions, and follow up on reservation payments and instalments.
• Take part in roadshows, exhibitions, outdoor activations and property expos, distribute marketing materials, and promote projects on social media.
• Maintain customer relationships, gather feedback and report to management, and prepare daily lead reports and weekly activity reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Real Estate, Commerce or a related field.
• Recent graduate or student seeking an industrial attachment or internship.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good organisational and time management skills.

Required skills

• CRM/database use for lead tracking.
• Social media marketing knowledge is an added advantage.

What we offer

• Stipend of KShs 15,000 plus commissions.
