Sales & Marketing Officer – Kisii

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results‑driven Sales & Marketing Officer to join our team in Kisii. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, promoting our products and services, and building strong customer relationships while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Promote and market the company’s products and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Represent the company professionally at client meetings and marketing events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Resident of Kisii.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good presentation and customer service skills.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

What we offer

• Retainer of KES 10,000 per month.
