Sales Operations Assistant

About the role

The Sales Operations Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Operations function at Network International. You will help maintain accurate sales and merchant data, coordinate merchant onboarding, and ensure compliance with KYC and service level agreements, enabling the sales team to focus on revenue generation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date sales and merchant records in the CRM system, capture and validate operational data, and flag discrepancies.
• Support lead allocation and pipeline visibility by monitoring follow‑up status and updating pipeline information.
• Assist merchant onboarding by collecting documentation, tracking outstanding items, coordinating internal handovers, and preparing merchants for activation.
• Coordinate KYC compliance by reviewing documentation, ensuring completeness, and following up on pending requirements.
• Log, track, and follow up operational tickets and service requests, escalating delays to meet agreed SLA timelines.
• Prepare routine reports and provide operational support to the sales team as needed.
