Sales Representative – Travel Agency

About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join our travel agency team. In this role you will handle inbound customer calls, understand travel needs and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from prospective customers interested in travel services.
- Identify customer preferences and propose tailored travel solutions.
- Apply learned sales techniques to close bookings effectively.
- Maintain call quality standards and ensure excellent customer service throughout the interaction.
Required profile
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English (mandatory).
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a call‑center environment.
- Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Proactive, goal‑oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
