Sales Supervisor - Online & Retail

About the role

Our client, an established retail and e‑commerce business specialising in home appliances and kitchenware, is looking for a commercially driven Sales Supervisor to lead sales operations across both physical retail and online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily sales activities across showroom and digital channels, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Monitor performance metrics such as conversion rates, revenue and individual productivity.
• Oversee walk‑in customer service and manage online enquiries, orders and follow‑ups.
• Drive sales through WhatsApp, telephone, social media and other digital channels.
• Coordinate stock availability with inventory and operations teams to support fulfilment.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Analyse sales reports to identify revenue‑growth and retention opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• At least five years of experience managing a retail business with supervisory responsibilities.
• Proven track record of leading a sales team and achieving targets.
• Practical experience in online sales, e‑commerce or digital customer engagement.
• Strong understanding of retail sales processes, inventory coordination and customer service.

Required skills

• Experience with POS systems.
• Proficiency in CRM tools.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms.
• Ability to use sales reporting systems.
