SDR Supervisor – Lead Sales Development Team

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SDR Supervisor to lead and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives in Nairobi. The role focuses on driving performance, meeting KPIs, and ensuring daily operations align with the company’s business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of SDRs.
• Ensure individual and team KPI achievement.
• Oversee daily workflow and operational execution.
• Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions and performance improvement plans.
• Monitor interaction quality and process adherence.
• Deliver ongoing training through shadowing, role‑plays, and other methods.
• Prepare and present operational and performance reports.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in sales environments.
• Proven experience leading SDR, sales, or training teams.
• Advanced or fluent English communication skills.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, and analytical mindset.
• KPI‑driven with excellent coaching abilities.
