About the role
BayCare Health Systems is seeking experienced Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) Registered Nurses for a seasonal 13‑week assignment. The position offers 12‑hour day and night shifts, with a unit‑provided schedule and requires candidates to reside outside the local market.
Required profile
- Current RN license that will not expire within 30 days of hire.
- Active BLS and ACLS (AHA) certifications.
- Associate degree in nursing (ASN); BSN preferred.
- Minimum two years of recent experience in an acute CVICU setting.
- Prior experience with Cerner EMR is strongly preferred.
- Independent transportation for assignments and flexibility to work varied shifts.
- Travel‑nurse experience and CCRN certification are advantageous.
Required skills
- Cerner EMR proficiency.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
