About the role
The Kenya Medical Training College is recruiting a full-time Security Warden based in Westlands, Nairobi. The postholder protects the campus, its property, staff and visitors through guarding, patrols and surveillance.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in guarding, conducting patrols and surveillance
- Maintain security registers and occurrence books
- Vet visitors and direct them accordingly
- Guide staff and visitors to their designated parking bays
- Check the validity of goods leaving the college premises and installations
- Report suspected offenders
- Protect campus property, staff and visitors
Required profile
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education with a mean grade D (plain) or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution
- Valid Basic First Aid Certificate
Required skills
- Proficiency in computer applications
