Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager, Consulting

About the role

Altima, a consultancy focused on end-to-end business transformation engagements, is looking for a self-driven, organised and experienced person to join its team as Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager, Consulting. The role reports to the Managing Director and sits within Altima Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Business development, including lead identification, proposal development and follow-ups
• Timely execution of consulting projects
• Enforce the firm's project management and quality assurance processes
• Coordinate the consulting team
• Take part in research that drives the firm's thought leadership
• Coordinate tasks done with part-time and associate consultants

Required profile

• University degree in a business-related field; an additional professional qualification is an added advantage
• At least 5 years of work experience, with at least three years in consulting providing HR or strategy solutions
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
