Senior Digital Marketing Manager – Paid Media & Lead Generation

About the role

We are looking for a senior digital marketing professional to own and scale paid‑media lead generation for a fast‑growing US mortgage lender. Reporting directly to the Founder/CEO, you will design, launch and continuously optimise high‑budget Google and Meta campaigns that deliver qualified mortgage borrowers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end Google Ads strategy across Search, Display, Local Service Ads and Performance Max to capture purchase, refinance and home‑equity leads.
• Lead Meta advertising on Facebook and Instagram, including prospecting, retargeting funnels and systematic creative testing.
• Write compelling ad copy and guide creative direction for each stage of the borrower journey.
• Allocate and manage campaign budgets to maximise cost‑per‑qualified‑lead efficiency.
• Build, test and optimise landing pages and conversion funnels to improve lead capture.
• Track, analyse and report on lead quality metrics, feeding insights back to sales and loan‑officer teams.
• Identify new channels, audiences and tactics to diversify traffic sources and reduce reliance on any single platform.
• Stay up‑to‑date with mortgage‑industry marketing regulations, competitor activity and platform algorithm changes.

Required profile

• Proven experience generating high‑ticket financial leads (mortgage, refinancing, home‑equity or similar) at measurable CPL on sizable budgets.
• Ability to discuss campaign performance and numbers confidently without reliance on presentation decks.
• Hands‑on mindset with a track record of building paid‑media programs from scratch.
• Strong analytical orientation and data‑driven decision making.
