Senior Growth Product Manager

About the role

Simple Life is seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to own and expand conversion‑to‑purchase metrics across the entire acquisition funnel. You will work end‑to‑end, from channel strategy and creative messaging to in‑product experience, driving revenue and user activation for our AI‑powered health coaching app.

Key responsibilities

• Own key conversion metrics such as purchase conversion rate and incremental revenue growth.
• Analyze user behavior from the first ad impression through payment and optimize every touchpoint.
• Design, run, and iterate high‑velocity product experiments to improve acquisition efficiency at scale.
• Collaborate with marketing to align creative strategy, messaging, and onboarding flows that boost purchase intent.
• Develop onboarding and activation flows tailored to channel source, user intent, and behavioral profiles.
• Experiment with segmentation, warm‑up strategies, paywalls, upsells, and offers to increase ARPU and first‑time conversions.
• Build and maintain behavioral funnels, attribution models, and dashboards to identify and remove conversion blockers.
• Work cross‑functionally with performance marketing, product, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver end‑to‑end conversion impact.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in product management, growth, or customer‑lifecycle roles, preferably in subscription‑based businesses.
• Proven track record of improving conversion rates and revenue for digital products.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
